Experience:

Has 20 years as Journeyman licensed electrician and operating as foreman/supervisor position of overseeing crews and making sure jobs are done timely and correctly.  He also has 15 years of experience as job superintendent which entails reviewing construction contracts, project scheduling and overseeing, coordinating with generals and subcontractors, ordering and managing job materials, to overseeing crew performance and safety regulations.  He has 5 years of estimation experience from the smallest of projects to multimillion-dollar projects.  He is experienced is using large project estimation software and also electrical design of projects.

Project management duties include: reviewing construction contracts, project scheduling and overseeing, coordinating with generals and subcontractors, ordering and managing job materials, to overseeing crew performance and safety regulations.

Experience:

Has nearly 20 years of bookkeeping experience including A/P, A/R, Payroll, Payroll liabilities.  Has over 15 years of experience in the following areas: Human Resource issues including managing fringe benefits, employee enrollment to separation processes; Contract Management- contract reviews, subcontract agreements, payment applications, subcontractor contract management; General Insurance, Licensing, and Bonding requirement issues; Accounting – creating monthly budgets and job profitability reports, general ledger balances, account accruals and prepaid expenses, reconciling all accounts, quarterly computing and reporting; Office Management- scheduling service calls and crews, customer service and satisfaction.
